"May I thank and congratulate you and your team for the excellent job you did last Friday. The staff were brilliant and always well in control, your chef worked so hard cooking in that hot sun and the food was excellent. The guys who delivered the freezer trailer were really nice as was the guy who delivered the catering equipment. Well done all around for an excellent job. We were so lucky with the weather but it was your planning and your teams hard work that made the event such a success which everybody commented on.
